How do I change my Huduma Number Card pick up location?

I request to re-direct my Huduma Namba pick station from Bungoma - Webuye Sub county to Nairobi-Embakasi sub county(DCC Embakasi Office Compound- Next to Mama Lucy Hospital Kayole)

When your huduma number card is ready for collection, you will receive an sms with a link  which you are supposed to click and select your preferred pick up location.

This is how the sms  message will read;

"Dear John, your Huduma Card is ready for collection, select your preffered pick up location at (a link will be attached)"
