How do I add my Wife to NHIF?

I want to include my wife in my NHIF, what is required.

To add a dependent (Wife or husband) to NHIF, go to NHIF desk huduma center with your marriage certificate or affidavit and copies of your ID.

To get an affidavit go to an advocate or any court near you and pay for one.

It takes about one month (28 days) for the spouse to start using NHIF services after adding him/her.
