Is my NHIF membership status valid?

I registered as a member at the cyber so I would like to know if that membership number of 91... is valid for the account 289...

To check your NHIF member number status, send  ID xxxx- to sms Code to 21101. Where xxx is your ID number.  For example ID 1235467

NOTE: SMS costs Kenya Shillings 10.00

You current status George is that you are in arrears. The last time you paid is November last year.
