How do i change my HELB bank account which is inactive?

I applied for my subsequent HELB 2020/2021. I have received the disbursement massage but unfortunately the account I used by then was closed in July 2020. The bank has told me the only option is to conduct you because the money has been reversed back to you since the account no longer belongs to me. Can I give another active account and how long will it take?

Visit HELB offices or Huduma center HELB desk with a copy your ATM card for changes to be made.
