I need a birth certificate for my Child. Where do i apply?

To apply for a birth certificate for your child, visit https://www.ecitizen.go.ke, login or create an account and click civil registration services. Then make your birth certificate application.

Make sure that you have scanned copies of both parent’s ID and birth notification as you will need to upload them. The application will costs you Ksh. 200 which can be paid via Mpesa online.

After application you will be notified via sms when the birth certificate is ready for collection.

During collection, go with your ID and payment invoice.
