It's almost two weeks after I submitted my application and finger print taken

The certificate of good conduct application status "queued" on ecitizen portal means that your certificate is still being processed. There is nothing much you can do other than be patient.

Although they say that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the certificate to be available for download, sometimes it takes longer than that.

Processing and completion dates differ depending on the location and time of application.
