how can i do my inter university transfer with kuccps after 3 years

did my kcse 2020/2022 and was placed in a private university doing theology which is not my area of passion and the school is offering very few course none with my area of interest,being confused ive been reluctant to join university. wanted to do IT or computer science.what should i do

KUCCPS has not opened the portal for the application and revision of courses. Inter-institution transfers begins after revision of courses is complete.

Normally, students are advised to apply for transfer within the first semester of reporting. It is not clear what happens with your case where you did not report for admission.

Why has it taken you 3 years to decide which university to join?
