Grade Three and Grade Four KNEC portal not working

Question

Good morning, the knec portal on capturing and saving outcome is still a great challenge, my questions are

1.  when will the portal be worked on for the activity of capturing to continue smoothly?

2. will the deadline for capturing the outcome be revised?

3. How do we amend the captured outcomes that are not fully captured?

The problem with Grade 3 and 4 portal has been reported by a number of teachers. We have contacted KNEC over the same and they have said that the portal is being updated. We expect them to extend the deadline but they have not given any assurance over the same.

We will update this response with more information once we hear from KNEC.
