Kindly revise and make new choices what does kuccps mean and i applied before

I wanted to know if i have to apply again and some institution are not offered

If you have been told revise it means that you did not secure a chance after first revision, you are required to apply again before the end of second revision. You should also check whether you name is in the list of students who were not placed after revision of courses.
