Hello,l have been working for this company and took my maternity leave but he has never paid me what do l do

You can sue your employer if they fail to pay you when on maternity leave. According to the employment act, a female employee is entitled to 3 months of maternity leave with full pay. Such cases are handled by the employment and labour relations court.
