How do I apply for bodaboda rider smart driving license?

I need the process of applying for boda boda smart driving license

Bodaboda rider smart driving license can be applied online through NTSA TIMS portal just like any other smart DL. However, for now, boda boda driving license application fee has been waived for riders. Therefore, visit any Huduma Center from 21st March and apply for free.

All riders are required to have a smart rider's license by June 2022.

I think, no ridder is going to be enrolled in driving class  sincethey have experrience in the road as they have been ridding for quite a longer period of time.

again the the government is only trying to help the sector  to identify ones who are hidding among the ridders, yet they are the thugs.
