I am unable to link PayPal to Mpesa, what do I do?

I am trying to link PayPal to Mpesa but am getting these error "Sorry, we can't link these accounts"

If you are unable to link PayPal to Mpesa account, then here are possible solutions.

Make sure that the phone you have registered your PayPal account with is the one you are linking to Mpesa

Make sure that you PayPal account names and Mpesa account names match

Make sure that you Mpesa phone number is not linked to another PayPal account
