I sold someone a car but he did not transfer logbook

What do i do if i sold someone a car but he did not a transfer logbook. I cannot locate the person

If you sold someone a car and that person never transferred the vehicle to show that he is the new owner in the logbook,  then the best thing to do is to visit NTSA offices in person and write a formal letter addressed to the Director of Registration and Licensing explaining your case.

It will be removed from your account.
