I want to add my spouse to my NHIF account

To include your spouse in NHIF account as a dependant then you are required to visit any NHIF office or Huduma Centre (NHIF Desk) with a copy of your ID and that of your spouse plus a marriage certificate or sworn affidavit if you are not married.

It takes one month for your spouse to start being covered by NHIF under your account after addition
