I bought Safaricom airtime from bank by mistake, is it possible to reverse it

It is not possible to reverse Safaricom airtime bought from the bank app. The only option you have is to resell the airtime to third-party airtime bulk buyers at a rate of 70%. For instance, if you sell airtime worth Ksh. 100 you will receive 70 in your mpesa.

You can do a Google search for third-party airtime to mpesa converters.
