Nominations for the Global Teachers Awards are Now open for application. The Global teacher presents $1 million(ksh. 100 million) annually to an exceptional teacher who has made an outstanding contribution to the teaching profession.

The prize is open to teachers who teach children between age five and eighteen. The Prize is open to teachers in every kind of school in every country in the world.
